Job Description

• Achieve the organization’s sales targets for each academic year/semester

• Promote educational programs, build strong client relationships, and conduct presentations and informative sessions for prospective students and their parents

• Plan and assess the market potential for each semester/academic year well in advance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and other key stakeholders.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to reach them

• Excellent career prospects await the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales in a reputed organization in the education sector

• A proven track record in driving student recruitment growth

• High level of customer orientation and a passion for helping students

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A sound educational background – A Bachelor’s degree in a related field will be an advantage

In this critical leadership role, you will be the primary architect of student recruitment for our Study Abroad and international degree programs. Your focus will be on delivering ambitious sales targets by articulating the value of our 170+ university partnerships to prospective students and their families. By meticulously analyzing market potential and fostering deep-rooted relationships with schools and stakeholders, you will uncover new opportunities and lead high-impact informative sessions.
