Key Responsibilities

  • Drive project-based sales and achieve revenue targets

  • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and key decision-makers

  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales process

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive proposals and solutions

  • Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and provide customer support

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management

  • Represent the company at industry events and professional forums

Qualifications & Skills

  • Full or part professional qualification in Sales & Marketing

  • 2–3 years’ experience in the project sector in a similar role

  • Exposure to working with consultants and architects

  • Technical knowledge of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (added advantage)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Ability to use initiative and perform in a competitive environment.

  • A valid driving license


Master Project Sales and Consultant Relations

In this pivotal role, you will be the primary link between Telesonic Lanka and the technical decision-makers of the construction industry. Your mission involves managing the entire project sales lifecycle—from initial engagement with architects and consultants to the final delivery of tailored AC and refrigeration proposals. By conducting on-site evaluations and collaborating with internal engineering teams, you will ensure our competitive solutions meet the exact specifications of large-scale developments. Your ability to provide strategic market insights and maintain high-level professional relationships will be the driving force behind our expanding footprint in the regional project business.
