CuSolid is seeking a visionary Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead our cloud operations and infrastructure strategy in Colombo. Required Skills and Competencies

Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Expert knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture patterns.
Advanced experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Expert-level Linux/Unix administration skills.
Advanced scripting and automation capabilities (Python, Bash, or similar).
Deep understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
Experience working with multi-account AWS environments and AWS Organizations.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Desired Skills

AWS Professional Certifications (e.g., DevOps Engineer Professional, Solutions Architect Professional).
Experience working with multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies.
Experience designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions

Master Cloud Orchestration and Infrastructure Strategy

In this senior leadership position, you will own the architectural health of our AWS environments, ensuring that security, scalability, and cost-efficiency are baked into every deployment. Your daily focus will involve managing complex Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines, overseeing multi-account AWS Organizations, and refining our CI/CD practices to accelerate delivery cycles. You will act as the primary technical authority for Linux administration and scripting, troubleshooting deep-tier infrastructure issues while mentoring the team on modern SRE principles. By designing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, you will ensure our systems remain resilient in the face of any challenge.
