Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-driven Showroom Sales Associate to join our retail team in Colombo 03. You’ll be the face of Paradise Road, helping customers discover our unique collections and ensuring every guest enjoys a refined, welcoming shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service throughout their visit
- Understand customer needs and guide them through our product offerings
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand’s identity
- Assist in stock replenishment and contribute to merchandising efforts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service goals
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Strong communication skills, especially in English
- A natural flair for customer service and people engagement
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in retail or luxury showroom environments
- Interest in design, homeware, fashion, or lifestyle products
