Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations, boost sales, and ensure a memorable shopping experience for every customer. This role combines leadership, customer service, inventory control, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all showroom activities to create a smooth and engaging customer experience
- Drive sales performance by setting targets and identifying new business opportunities
- Supervise showroom staff and provide training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with the accounts team on stock valuations, and oversee visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care
- Develop and implement local marketing and sales strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in retail management or showroom operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and driving results
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and retail management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in a high-end or branded retail environment
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and retail display standards
- Background in inventory planning or stock control
