Job Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Executive to join our team in Kandy. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students and families, helping them navigate the path to international education. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads through phone, email, and in-person follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into successful student enrollments by understanding their goals and offering tailored guidance
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate lead information and follow-up schedules
- Assist students and parents through the full consultation and application journey
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies
- Stay informed about global education trends and admission processes
- Track conversion rates and share insights to enhance sales strategies
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or education consultancy
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM software or lead management tools
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and time management
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is a plus)
