Job Overview
We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Executive to manage and optimize our hotel bookings across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for organization, strong communication skills, and a drive to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage daily reservations across multiple OTAs and booking channels
  • Update availability, rates, and promotions through OTA extranets and internal booking engines
  • Monitor reservations to avoid overbookings or discrepancies
  • Coordinate with front office and sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special requests
  • Analyze booking trends and suggest improvements to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data integrity within the reservation system
  • Support customer inquiries related to bookings with timely and professional communication

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a reservations or OTA coordination role within the hospitality sector
  • Familiarity with OTA extranets (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) and hotel booking platforms
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Proficiency in using hotel reservation systems (knowledge of OPERA is a bonus)
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management from a recognized institution
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and analytical skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with revenue management or pricing strategies
  • Additional language proficiency
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales within the travel sector
