Key Responsibilities:

- Errands: Carry out local errands such as delivering documents, purchasing supplies, or collecting quotations from vendors.
- Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies. Replenish stock when necessary and ensure storage areas are organized.
- Workplace Tidiness: Assist with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in common areas such as meeting rooms, kitchenettes, and reception areas.
- Data Entry: Enter basic information into spreadsheets or internal systems under supervision.
- Assisting Visitors: Help with welcoming guests, offering refreshments, and directing them to appropriate departments.
