Job Overview
We’re on the lookout for a Key Account Manager who thrives on building trusted relationships and crafting tailored solutions for enterprise clients. If you have a strong background in telecommunications or IT and love working in a client-facing role, this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll be the go-to person for key clients across both private and public sectors, acting as a strategic advisor and problem solver.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise and government clients
  • Understand client requirements thoroughly—technical needs, business goals, and support expectations
  • Deliver customized solutions that align with each client’s objectives
  • Coordinate timely delivery of products and services in collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and cross-functional departments
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and turn leads into loyal partnerships
  • Prepare and present regular performance updates, forecasts, and reports using account metrics

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in the telecom or IT sector
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications or IT solutions and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored, consultative solutions
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with enterprise and government procurement processes
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale accounts simultaneously
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus

Location & Work Type
Based in Sri Lanka | Full-Time | On-site with occasional travel to client locations
