Job Overview

We are looking for physically fit and hardworking Warehouse Workers to assist in the loading, unloading, and general handling of second-hand shoes within our Ajman warehouse. The role is labor-intensive and requires team players who are capable of performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Duties

  • Load and unload shipments, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.

  • Assist with packing, sorting, and organizing warehouse inventory.

  • Support daily warehouse operations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

  • Perform manual handling of heavy items while adhering to safety standards.

  • Participate in overtime work as required, including Sunday shifts.

  • Report issues or discrepancies in inventory to supervisors promptly.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.

  • Minimum high school education.

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive setting.

  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to perform various warehouse tasks.

  • Candidates must reside in Ajman or Sharjah.

Pay & Benefits

  • Base salary starting from AED 1,050 per month, with overtime pay.

  • Accommodation, visa, and insurance provided.

  • Air ticket allowance after completing 2 years of service.

  • Annual leave entitlement.

  • Working hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with potential overtime.

  • Free lunch and bus fare reimbursement during trial period (up to 7 days).
