Job Overview

Landmark International Auto Spare Parts Trade LLC is looking for a Warehouse Admin to help manage daily operations and reporting. You’ll track warehouse tasks, follow up with staff, prepare reports, and support smooth communication between the warehouse team and management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track daily warehouse tasks and ensure they’re completed on time.

  • Follow up with team members and supervisors on reports and work updates.

  • Combine and verify data from different departments before submitting reports.

  • Report any delays or issues to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Keep records of reports, communications, and task progress.

  • Help improve reporting systems and document organization.

  • Support warehouse paperwork and internal communication.

  • Prepare simple summaries and reports for management meetings.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Admin or Operations Coordinator.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Fluent in Hindi.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Knowledge of logistics or spare parts industry.
