Salary: up to 6.3K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips and upselling incentives

About the Client:
A new Italian restaurant operated by a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel in the heart of Dubai, celebrated for its outstanding service and world-class hospitality.
Job Description:
• Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, and attend to guests’ needs promptly and courteously throughout their dining experience.
• Understand the Italian cuisine offerings, daily specials, and beverage pairings to effectively guide and upsell guests.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, and deliver dishes promptly and with attention to presentation.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, tables are properly set and comply with hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Skills
Qualifications:
• Open to European, CIS and Arabic nationalities preferably 38 years old and below
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred, especially in Italian cuisine settings.
• Knowledgeable in Italian cuisine including dishes, ingredients, and wines is an advantage
• Must have good and clear English communication skills with knowledge in upselling and profiling
