Join our luxurious hotel in Dubai United Arab Emirates as a Waiter In Room Dining. Were looking for a friendly and customer focused individual to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests in the comfort of their rooms.
• Prepare and set up trays or tables with appropriate cutlery China and accompaniments
• Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Explain menu items daily specials and answer any questions guests may have about the food and beverages
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records
• Collect and remove trays dishes and utensils from guest rooms after meals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inroom dining equipment and storage areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation
• Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously
• Adhere to all food safety hygiene and sanitation standards

Qualifications :

High School diploma
Previous experience in Food & Beverage/In Room Dining operations
Passion for excellent service
Excellent team player
English speaking
