Key Responsibilities

• Vessel & Crew Coordination: Efficiently coordinate vessel port calls, berthing schedules, and smooth crew changes.

• Port Formalities: Manage husbandry services and oversee all necessary port and customs formalities.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain seamless communication channels with shipowners, vessel masters, charterers, local authorities, and third-party service providers.

• Operational Follow-ups: Ensure end-to-end operational coordination, tracking, and timely status updates.

• Pressure Management: Successfully handle multiple time-sensitive tasks simultaneously while maintaining absolute accuracy.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Execution: Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up capabilities.

• Tech Literacy: Good computer proficiency, specifically with MS Office, spreadsheets, and professional email correspondence.

• Flexibility: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and commit to working beyond standard office hours when operational demands require it.

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, port operations, or the broader maritime sector is a highly valued advantage.
