Key Duties

As the Truck / Heavy Vehicles Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations for trucks, trailers, and other heavy commercial vehicles. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the heavy vehicles segment.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, ensuring strong performance and customer engagement.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with logistics providers, contractors, fleet operators, and dealers.

  • Negotiating contracts and finalizing deals to secure profitable sales.

  • Collaborating with auction and yard teams to ensure vehicles are well-prepared and presented for clients.

  • Supporting marketing initiatives to promote auctions and generate buyer interest.

  • Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing market trends to adjust strategies.

  • Staying updated on competitor activity, pricing, and industry developments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5–7 years of experience in truck or heavy vehicle sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.

  • Strong knowledge of the heavy vehicles, trucks, trailers, and equipment market.

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating sales teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • UAE driving license preferred.
