Role Description

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Trainee Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based at our Thalawathugoda branch in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte. In this role, you will focus on identifying potential clients, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our comprehensive range of life insurance solutions. Your daily activities will involve direct client engagement, working toward achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate client records, and actively participating in structured training and development programs designed to sharpen your sales strategies and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust-based client relationships.

• Sales Drive: Energetic sales and negotiation abilities with a goal-oriented, proactive mindset.

• Organization: Strong organizational skills for managing client accounts and meeting daily performance deadlines.

• Trainability: A strong willingness to learn and participate in continuous professional training programs.

• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and general reporting tools.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a distinct advantage, but is not mandatory.

• Education: Minimum secondary education required; a diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
