About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee – Sales & Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential skills in corporate sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential new customers.

• Client Communication: Support the team with daily outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.

• Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and basic quotations.

• Inquiry Handling: Promptly follow up on customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office and email etiquette).

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment.

• Currently pursuing a qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• No prior experience required.
