About the Job

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Teller to help customers with basic banking services like deposits, withdrawals, and payments. You’ll also help promote bank products and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers with cash deposits and withdrawals

• Process loan payments, cheques, and money orders

• Suggest bank products and services to customers

• Answer customer questions and solve problems

• Keep accurate records of transactions

• Follow bank rules and safety procedures

• Work with your team to keep the branch running smoothly

• Take part in training to learn more about banking

Who Can Apply

• Completed high school (12th pass or equivalent)

• Experience in banking or customer service is a plus

• Good communication and people skills
