Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Knowledge of Takaful principles and the broader insurance industry

• Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities

• Proficiency in using relevant tools and platforms for reporting and performance tracking

• Prior experience in a management or team leader role is an advantage

• Minimum 6 Passes in G.C.E O/L including Mathematics
