The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead for Telesales and Customer Support to join our team in Sharjah. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 or more professionals, driving new client acquisition and ensuring exceptional service standards for our existing clientele. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for a leader with deep expertise in outbound sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Drive client acquisition by leading outbound calling initiatives to pitch and sell our services and product lines.

  • Lead Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, regularly following up with prospects and successfully converting leads into long-term customers.

  • Team Oversight: Manage a team of 10+ staff, ensuring performance targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

  • Client Relations: Provide comprehensive support through the order fulfillment process; address and resolve client grievances and issues with urgency.

  • Reporting: Track team activity and submit daily reports to the reporting-in-charge regarding cold calls, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.

  • Process Flow: Efficiently forward high-interest leads to the appropriate authority for final sales closing.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Telesales with a proven track record of managing teams of 10 or more.

  • Language: Native Tamil speaker (Required).

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required).

  • License: Valid UAE Driving License (Required).

  • Location: Must be able to work in-person at our Sharjah facility.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 4,000.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month.

  • Accommodation: Free shared bachelor accommodation provided.

  • Transportation: Company-provided transportation included.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
