Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a critical role in ensuring Hayleys Fentons attracts and hires the right talent to drive our business objectives. This position manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from identifying staffing needs and sourcing high-caliber candidates to conducting initial screenings and managing the final selection process.

As the primary point of contact for prospective employees, you will champion our company values and culture, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and a strong employer brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for multiple roles across various departments.

  • Sourcing: Proactively identify candidates through diverse channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.

  • Screening & Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Interview Coordination: Liaise with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a seamless process for all applicants.

  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with internal departments to understand workforce requirements and define role specifications.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and reports to facilitate transparent planning and data-driven decision-making.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruitment.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting strategies.
