About the Job
We are looking for a System Analyst who can understand user needs and help design better software experiences. You will work with different teams to create simple, user-friendly interfaces and improve how people interact with our products.
What You’ll Do

Talk to users and gather feedback through interviews and surveys

Study user behavior to find problems and suggest improvements

Create user profiles and journey maps

Plan how information is organized on a website or app

Design sample layouts, screens, and interactive features (like buttons and forms)

Make sure the design is easy to use and looks good

Test your designs with users and improve them based on feedback

Work closely with product managers, developers, and others

Explain your design ideas clearly to the team

Stay updated on new design trends and tools
