About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing, sales-oriented Student Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator to join our international student recruitment team. This is a fully in-office role focused on recruiting students who wish to pursue their higher education overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Recruitment: Source, recruit, and onboard international students for overseas study programs.

  • Assessments & Conversion: Conduct initial eligibility assessments and pre-screening, converting qualified leads into signed clients through consultative sales.

  • Agency Coordination: Take complete responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the social media workflows managed by our outsourced agency.

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set recruitment targets for each academic semester.

  • Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate student records and strictly follow compliance-driven recruitment practices.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience recruiting students for Australian or other international educational institutions is mandatory.

  • Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently with a client-first approach.

  • Conversion Skills: Demonstrated ability to convert leads into successful enrollments.

  • Adaptability: A fast learner who can easily adapt to changing provider and immigration requirements.

  • Professionalism: High level of professional integrity, ethics, and compliance in all client interactions.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (On a roster basis)
