Key Requirements

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to achieve and maintain monthly enrollment targets.

Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage).
About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of our institute, guiding prospective students through their enrollment journey. You’ll be responsible for managing leads, hitting monthly recruitment milestones, and providing clear, persuasive information about our programs.
