About the Job:
We are looking for a Store Manager to make sure everything runs smoothly, the store meets its sales goals, and customers have a great experience.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Finances

Help your team reach sales targets

Keep store losses (shrinkage) very low

Manage store budget and expenses
Store Operations

Open and close the store
-
Track sales and team performance using dashboards

Make sure the store looks great and follows visual standards

Keep stockrooms organized and shelves full

Follow all company policies and safety rules

Handle employee records and scheduling
Team Leadership

Hire, train, and support your team

Hold regular team meetings

Give feedback and support career growth

Handle performance and behavior issues professionally
Customer Service

Make sure customers are happy and problems are solved quickly

Work with mall management and company support teams

Drive high customer satisfaction scores (like NPS/DSES)
Training & Growth

Help your team grow into future leaders

Provide ongoing product and skill training
What You Need:

5+ years in retail or customer service, with team leadership experience
-
Good at problem solving and people management
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
A degree in business, retail, or similar (preferred)

A passion for fashion and great customer service
