Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Chef de Cuisine in all culinary operations across designated sections
* Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities to ensure excellence in food preparation and presentation
* Maintain hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times
* Train, develop, and motivate junior kitchen staff
* Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience
* Monitor inventory levels, kitchen supplies, and minimize food waste
* Lead by example in upholding service standards, quality, and consistency Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years experience in a high-end hotel or resort environment, with at least 1 2 years as Sous Chef
* Culinary diploma or equivalent professional qualification
* Experience in premium la carte and banquet operations
* Strong leadership, time management, and multi-tasking skills
* Passion for creativity, innovation, and guest satisfaction
