Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

• Create engaging short-form content including reels, videos, carousels, and stories

• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and viral formats

• Write captions, hooks, and basic scripts optimized for engagement

• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams

• Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on insights

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or sample pages preferred)

• Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience behavior

• Basic photo & video editing knowledge (mobile or desktop tools)

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Master Content Strategy and Engagement

In this role, you will be the primary engine for our clients’ social success, serving as the vital link between high-level strategy and creative execution. You will take full ownership of the content lifecycle—from scripting viral hooks and producing dynamic short-form video to analyzing performance data to refine your approach. By collaborating closely with our design and videography teams, you will ensure every post informs, entertains, and converts, ultimately driving the real-world engagement that helps our brands stand out in a crowded digital landscape.
