We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor who can also take on foreman responsibilities to oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of proven experience in construction site supervision, labor coordination, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
• Oversee site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor work quality, materials usage, and construction standards.
• Act as a liaison between project managers, engineers, and workers.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and attendance logs.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on site supervision experience in Water Proofing (mandatory).
• Education: Diploma in Civil engineering, Any Degree.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
• Ability to multitask and handle on-site issues independently.
