Job Summary

We are hiring a Shift Lead to help manage data operations during live sports events. You will work with the team to check, verify, and update sports data, especially related to Rugby. This role also involves creating reports and helping the team perform better.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)

• Manage and update sports data on time

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint

• Understand the basics of Rugby to guide your team

• Help team members achieve their goals

• Make quick decisions and solve problems

• Handle day-to-day tasks through emails and meetings

• Work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Coordinate with team leaders and editors
