Job Role
The Service Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving service sales growth by identifying and securing opportunities for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), repair services, and the modernization of elevators, escalators, and moving walks. This role involves actively prospecting potential clients, coordinating sales activities, retaining existing customer accounts, and contributing to the division’s revenue targets while helping to expand our market share.
Job Requirements

Education: GCE O/L with a minimum of six passes, including Mathematics and English.

Technical Qualifications: A Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 2 years of proven experience in service sales, technical sales, or a closely related field.

Core Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, along with strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.

Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of elevator and escalator systems, alongside general service operations, will be a distinct advantage.
