What You ll Be Doing Gather business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, such as feedback from institutional customers, and continuously improve the API product through effective iterative mechanisms. Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the companys actual needs. Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behaviour. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development. What We Look For In You Demonstrates a strong interest in both the blockchain and finance industries. Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering, preferably related to trading or technology platforms, especially in network and API endpoints Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance. Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities. Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin (preferred to cross functionally communicate with non-english speaking engineers). Able to think systematically with a clear problem-solving approach when facing issues ; skilled at breaking down and simplifying complex problems. Not only from a tech lens but also from a revenue perspective Deeply enthusiastic about the Technical Account Manager (TAM) role, especially in delivering technical solutions and support that drive customer success. Resilient under pressure, self-motivated, and always striving to grow beyond the current capabilities. Nice-To-Haves Experience in crypto, blockchain, building businesses, fintech, and/or financial markets. Experience in trading financial products, such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options. Knowledge in data analytical tools like Python and SQL.
