Job Brief
:
Align is a Staffing Solutions company based in UAE and is looking to hire a full-time
Senior Recruiter
who can lead and manage our end-to-end recruitment vertical. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualifying shortlisted candidates for client interviews as per laid down SLAs and KPIs.
Responsibilities
:
Design and post job ads on relevant platforms including job boards and social media sites.
Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements.
Manage all aspects of candidate administration, including maintaining and updating applicant and offer activities, and ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets, utilizing local systems or our ATS.
Manage relationships with recruitment partners/agencies.
Conduct pre-screening interviews, maintain applicant and interview data, and generate reports.
Hold regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to assess recruiting plan effectiveness.
Understand customer needs and hiring conditions, both external and internal.
Serve as a consultant and stay current on business and market trends, assisting strategically and tactically.
Skills Required:
Proven experience as a Recruiter, utilizing various sourcing channels including social media, portals, and direct search.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.).
Experience with various selection processes (video, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.).
Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Hands-on experience with recruiting software.
