Job Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end Product Catalogue that powers every vertical—restaurants, grocery, and marketplace. Your mission: build the single source of truth for millions of SKUs, menus, and merchant attributes so partners can easily create and edit their menus and catalogues and shoppers always see the right item, price, image, and availability in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the roadmap for catalogue data models, taxonomy, enrichment, and governance that scales across all current and future verticals.
• Lead ideation → discovery → delivery → iteration of catalogue services: ingestion pipelines, attribute management, content quality, real-time inventory, pricing rules, and localization.
• Partner with Engineering (data & platform), Design, Merchant Ops, and Category teams to launch catalogue features that reduce time-to-list and boost conversion.
• Run A/B tests on content quality, search relevance, and merchandising logic. Monitor KPIs such as item-level conversion, fill rate, and catalogue freshness.
• Implement tooling and workflows that let non-technical teams safely bulk-edit and QA thousands of SKUs while maintaining audit trails and PCI-/GDPR-compliance.
• Translate technical roadmap and progress into crisp updates for C-suite, commercial leads, and merchant partners.
Who you are:
• 5+ years product management experience, with 2+ years owning catalogue, product inventory management, or search-and-browse systems in e-commerce, grocery, or food delivery.
• Fluency in Agile/Scrum; able to groom data-heavy backlogs and ship in fast feedback loops.
• SQL or BI skills to interrogate catalogue metrics and drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience with taxonomies, attribute schemas, content enrichment, and data quality tooling.
• Working knowledge of search ranking, recommendation, and inventory synchronization concepts.
• Strong user-research chops—comfortable running merchant interviews and shopper surveys to validate catalogue pain points.
• Proven crisis-management and prioritization abilities in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
• Clear, persuasive communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
