About the Role

The Senior Manager – Product Marketing and Brand is responsible for leading the Product Marketing and Creative functions to drive comprehensive product awareness, adoption, market positioning, sales enablement, and brand consistency across all customer and market-facing touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead and guide the Product Marketing and Creative teams to align with corporate growth strategies.

  • Product Positioning: Establish clear product positioning, messaging frameworks, and compelling value proposition development.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Oversee planning and execution for successful product launches, growth campaigns, adoption initiatives, and market expansion.

  • Brand Integrity: Ensure brand consistency and impact across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, Digital Marketing, Technology Management, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, creative strategy, or integrated marketing.

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or people management role.

  • Core Skills: Strong understanding of product marketing strategies, GTM planning, and value proposition development.
