Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (Market Infrastructure) – Financial Regulation to oversee the supervision and licensing of market infrastructures and recognized bodies. This position plays a crucial role in regulating investment exchanges, clearing houses, trading facilities, and remote participants in close collaboration with senior management and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will also support policy development, regulatory compliance, and relationship management with key financial market stakeholders.

Key Duties

• Oversee licensing and supervision of Recognised Investment Exchanges, Clearing Houses, MTFs, OTFs, Remote Bodies, and Remote Members.

• Maintain strong regulatory relationships with recognized entities and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

• Advise senior leadership on the impact of regional and international regulatory changes.

• Contribute to policy updates, rule development, and regulatory frameworks for market infrastructures.

• Support supervisory processes, including recognition, authorization, and ongoing compliance monitoring.

• Collaborate with other teams within FSRA and ADGM to ensure consistent regulatory oversight.

• Mentor and develop team members, building a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

• Participate in cross-functional projects, delivering regulatory initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial regulation, market infrastructures, or related supervisory roles.

• In-depth knowledge of international and regional financial market regulations.

• Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience drafting, interpreting, and implementing regulatory policies and supervisory frameworks.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team mentoring and talent development.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
