Job description – Senior HR Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
• Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and employee onboarding documents.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Track attendance, working hours, and overtime.
• Manage employee leave requests, absences, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Assist with monthly and annual performance evaluation processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate employee data.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.
• Help organize internal training sessions and staff development activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a team and handle tasks under pressure.
• Experience in handling HR documentation and employee files is a plus.
