Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate, real-time online inventory across all Thema Collection properties on OTAs and various booking platforms.

Responsiveness: Ensure prompt communication for all OTA inquiries and departmental emails, adhering to high responsiveness standards with a minimum of two daily follow-ups.

Market Analysis: Conduct weekly competitor rate analysis for key resorts and villas, providing actionable insights to maintain a competitive market edge.

Strategic Input: Contribute data-driven insights during sales and marketing strategy meetings to support revenue optimization and campaign planning.

Technical Collaboration: Partner with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate new technologies and ensure the stability of e-commerce systems.

Financial Oversight: Track and reconcile OTA payments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.

Content Management: Manage new property listings and maintain updated content—including descriptions, imagery, rates, and policies—to ensure brand consistency.

Corporate Coordination: Oversee the listing of corporate offers across relevant channels and assist with booking verification and reconciliation for accurate tracking.
Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, revenue, or reservations specifically within the hospitality industry.

Platform Knowledge: Strong expertise in OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.) and various channel management systems.

Analytical Skills: Excellent reporting capabilities with essential proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal coordination skills.

Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines..
