Senior Executive – Business Development (Veterinary Pharmaceutical – Pet Animal Segment)

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, result-oriented professional with a proven track record to join our dynamic team and help drive our pet animal segment forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.

  • Support business development initiatives to expand market share.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure goals are met.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, and key clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.

  • Ensure the consistent availability and effective promotion of pet animal products across all distribution channels.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational awareness programs.

Personal Profile & Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the pet animal or veterinary pharmaceutical industry.

  • 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a distinct advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of pet animal products and current market trends.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • A dedicated team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet targets within deadlines.
