The Role: Senior Digital Executive

As a Senior Digital Executive, you will be the tactical engine behind our most cutting-edge campaigns. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who is ready to take full ownership of the digital lifecycle—from initial planning and cross-platform execution to deep-dive optimization. Operating out of our Dehiwala office, you will serve as a consultant to our clients and a collaborator with our creative teams, ensuring that every ad dollar spent translates into measurable success. This is your opportunity to lead high-level digital initiatives and drive the evolution of our clients’ online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, search, and web platforms

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver digital solutions

• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and suggest data-driven improvements

• Collaborate with content, creative, and strategy teams for cohesive campaign delivery

• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and platform updates

• Support reporting, optimization, and insights generation

• Help ensure project timelines and performance targets are met

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEM, and analytics tools

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A self-starter with attention to detail and a passion for digital media

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
