Job description – Senior Construction Project Manager Role

Construction Project Leader

We are looking for a skilled Construction Project Leader to oversee and manage construction projects in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Evaluate and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Prepare regular progress reports for clients and upper management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a project manager in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses.
