Job description – Senior Associate/Associate, Identity & Access Management Engineer, Information Security Systems, Group Technology
Business Function Group Technology enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Tech, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
* Perform production support which include Application onboarding and application matrix updates to in-house IAM tools within SLA.
* Support the preparations of data in preparations of onboarding and Audits* Track issue raised by users and follow up until closure.
* Document and maintain operating procedures
* Develop scripts to automate work Requirements
* Working experience in production support roles in large enterprise IAM environment
* Scripting skills to develop scripts for automation
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience is a MUST.
* Good working knowledge of Access Management lifecycle and process
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
* Experience in banking or financial services institutions preferred
