Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join a reputed architectural and design consultancy in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, leadership experience, and advanced 3D modeling/rendering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of architectural and interior design projects
• Develop 3D models, perspectives, and renderings for both exteriors and interiors
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to finalize design concepts
• Ensure timely delivery of authority submission drawings and high-quality design presentations
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
• Experience:
• Total: 12 to 15 years
• UAE: Minimum 8 to 10 years (with principal consultants or architecture firms)
Required Skills & Certifications:
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
• Excellent skills in architectural rendering and interior modeling
• Certification in Modelling, Rendering, and Interior Design software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max)
• Must be able to join within 30 days of offer confirmation
