Security Officer – Hotel

Grand Central Hotel is a leading hospitality destination committed to providing exceptional guest experiences in a safe and secure environment. We are seeking a professional and vigilant Security Officer to join our team and ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas of the hotel to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, disturbances, or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
• Assist guests and staff with safety-related concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities.
• Enforce hotel policies, rules, and regulations to ensure a secure and orderly environment.
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Security Officer, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Security training certification or license (as per local regulations) is an advantage.
