About Us

We are launching a UK-based, award-winning performing arts school concept in Dubai for the very first time.

Our mission is to build confidence, creativity, and life skills in young people aged 4–18 through exceptional training in dance, drama, and singing.

This is your opportunity to lead something new, exciting, and high-profile — right in the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant cities, with activities and classes held in multiple UAE venues.

The Role

We’re looking for a School Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Dubai & UAE school.

You’ll be the face of the school — managing teachers, building relationships with parents, overseeing events, and ensuring smooth operations.

While you may occasionally support classes, your primary focus will be administration, organisation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage weekly performing arts classes for multiple age groups (4–18)
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of specialist teachers
• Support classes as required — stepping in where needed to maintain quality and consistency
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and partner venues
• Plan and execute end-of-term shows, events, and performances
• Oversee school operations — scheduling, budgets, and student enrolments
• Drive local marketing, social media, and community engagement
• Ensure every student has a safe, inclusive, and confidence-boosting experience

What We’re Looking For
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Previous experience managing a dance, drama, or performing arts school is a strong advantage
• Passion for youth arts and education
• Ability to manage a small team and multiple classes across different venues
• Confident communicator with parents and partners
• Positive, high-energy, and adaptable to a start-up environment
• UAE driving licence is ideal (role involves visiting multiple venues across the UAE)
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

What’s in it for You
• Base salary (AED-based)
• Annual flights to home country
• Health insurance provided
• Strong annual profit-share bonus scheme
• Opportunities to co-own future schools as the group expands
• Circa 32 hours per week (4 days, including weekends) — offering flexibility with a creative career
• Opportunity to shape the launch of a flagship performing arts school in Dubai & UAE
• Be part of a supportive, global network of performing arts educators
• Work in a vibrant, fast-growing city with huge opportunities in arts & culture

Start Date: October 2025 (pre-launch training and planning)
