Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kelaniya, offering flexibility for occasional remote work. As a Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial success. You will engage deeply with clients to understand their specific safety requirements, deliver tailored technical solutions, and drive sales activities to meet organizational targets. This role requires a blend of relationship management, technical presentation skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical support and design tailored safety solutions for clients.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong professional relationships to understand and meet evolving safety needs.

  • Sales Execution: Drive proactive sales activities and presentations to achieve growth targets.

  • Solution Delivery: Ensure customers receive optimal product configurations and system installations.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine product offerings and optimize customer-facing solutions.


Qualifications

  • Expertise: Proven experience in Sales Engineering with the ability to develop complex technical proposals.

  • Support Skills: Proficiency in providing hands-on technical support and ensuring correct product application.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Performance: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales and engagement benchmarks.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment (onsite and remote).

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience with PPE, fall protection, or industrial safety equipment is a significant advantage.
