Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with over 2 years of experience in industrial product sales. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical understanding, proven sales ability, and a well-developed network within industrial sectors. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on knowledge of conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metal fabrication, and those holding a valid UAE driving license.
Sales passionate candidate with different technical field/ technical position experience also can apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial sectors.
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to clients.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Develop proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and expand key accounts.
Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams for project execution.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/industrial product sales.
Strong technical understanding of Conveyors, Material handling equipment, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Metal fabrication.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficient in MS Office and preferred in CRM software .
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working with industrial clients such as factories, water treatment plants, power plants, Quarries, Airports, warehouse & logistics, agriculture.
Strong client network in the UAE industrial market.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel within UAE as required.
