Job description – Sales and Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, cold calling, emailing, and other outreach channels.

Promote and pitch the agency’s full range of digital marketing services to prospective clients and close sales.

Build and maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities to drive strategic growth.

Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and client servicing) to ensure a smooth handover of projects once deals are closed.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Fluency in English and Sinhala (written and spoken).

Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a strong drive for success.
