Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Agent to join our growing team in Sharjah. This role requires someone with strong sales acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive real estate environment. The Sales Agent will be responsible for client acquisition, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Duties

• Identify potential buyers, investors, and tenants through networking and prospecting.

• Present and promote available properties to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Negotiate terms, prepare documentation, and assist clients through the full transaction process.

• Stay up-to-date with local real estate trends, pricing, and legal requirements.

• Provide training sessions and mentorship support for new team members when required.

• Deliver exceptional service to foster long-term client relationships and referrals.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven background in real estate or direct sales.

• Ability to conduct training sessions and support team development.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on-site.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.

• Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
