What You ll Do Greet guests warmly, ensure smooth seating arrangements, and handle guest needs with courtesy. Present menus, make recommendations, receive orders, and manage payments efficiently. Assist in daily outlet setup, mise-en-place, and table arrangements in line with service standards. Support food and beverage operations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to Accor standards. Handle guest complaints professionally or escalate them to supervisors when needed. Maintain clean, organized side stations and ensure high personal grooming standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, hosts/hostesses, and other departments. Assist in training initiatives, briefings, and departmental meetings. Adhere to Accor policies on hygiene, safety, and fire regulations. Support other hotel areas as required, ensuring flexibility and teamwork. Ideal Profile Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel food and beverage service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude. Good knowledge of food and beverage menus, promotions, and operations. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong attention to hygiene, grooming, and overall professional appearance.
