Job description – Relationship Officer – Credit Card Sales

Job Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our esteemed Islamic Bank as Relationship Officers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with less than one year of experience to build their career in financial sales. Selected candidates will play a key role in driving the bank’s credit card sales while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to Sharia-compliant banking practices.Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell credit cards to new customers.Identify and generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and networking.Cross-sell additional financial products such as personal loans, insurance, and brokerage services.Conduct customer profiling to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.Achieve individual and team sales targets within assigned timelines.Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and Islamic banking principles. Requirements:Experience: Less than 1 year (freshers with sales exposure are encouraged to apply).Relevant Exposure: Any of the following – Credit Card Sales, Personal Loan Sales, Insurance Sales, Brokerage Services.Location: Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Availability: Immediate interview and joining.Nationalities: Arab Nationals (Egyptian, Jordanian, Palestinian, Syrian, Moroccan, Sudanese) Asian Nationals (Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, Filipino)Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
